"Shamed Bill Clinton has been caught on video leading a young woman into
his private study.
"The tape captures the mystery girl and the President side-by-side heading for his White House
'love lounge.'
"It is the same room where Monica Lewinsky said she and Clinton had repeated sex sessions and other steamy encounters took place."

The video (it was first aired nationally by Matt Drudge, and then a still from the video was reproduced on this News of the World cover) shows Clinton jogging with a group of people in what appears to be a fund-raising event (their T-shirts proclaim "Vote 4 Our Future!" "Pass the Plan!"). Afterwards he signs autographs for the joggers in the Oval Office as the Mystery Woman poses in the corner of the screen, showing off her body by swinging her hips and proudly jutting out her breasts nearby. The president appears to be too busy sweating to notice.

However, the over-attendant Mystery Girl does notice the president perspiring. She swoops in to the rescue, toweling off the president's face, but well aware of the camera, he gruffly says he'll get his own towel while signing another autograph -- there'll be no DNA on THAT material!!!
The photo-op now over, everyone prepares to leave, the group heading out of the Oval Office.

As the other joggers leave through the front door, the young woman and Clinton take a suspicious detour -- walking toward the famous "love lounge" corridor (as described by Lewinsky and Willey) through a side door. (In all fairness, the girl does say she came in that way on the tape -- of course that also means that Bill could have gotten a little action before the run, too.)
Clinton is heard to say: "When's my appointment, 9 o'clock?"
Then he and the girl disappear into the corridor, the president propping the door open just a crack -- a tactic that Monica Lewinsky claimed was designed to let the president hear people coming into the Oval Office, and also to make the tryst look less suspicious...
... And then he's ready to conduct another Affair of State.
The tape was reportedly filmed around five years ago, but neither Drudge nor the News knew the identity of the girl. Meanwhile, a spokesman for Fox News, who screened the tape, told the News: "It is authentic. The White House say she is an old family friend from Arkansas, and that she lives next to the Governor's mansion."
RESULT: If surviving (almost) two terms in office doesn't prove it, sex after (and possibly before) a long run like that makes us admire Clinton's endurance and staying power...
NEW YORK DAILY NEWS: One more Sexgate mystery has been solved. Last week, Internet gossip Matt Drudge and other Clinton scandal addicts were in a lather over a 1993 video that showed the President giving some fellow Democratic joggers an Oval Office tour - and then leading one female jogger off into another room. We've now learned that the woman in question, whose name we are withholding, is the wife of an ex-HUD official. Some reporters had speculated that the woman on the video was her stepdaughter, and went so far as to camp out in the lobby of the young woman's D.C. apartment huilding. But a source close to the Arkansas family tells us that nothing untoward happened once the woman in the video and the President were off camera: "She went into the dining room, a valet brought water, they talked about their families..."
... You know, the better times they had in Arkansas... Uh-oh...
