Dolly Kyle Browning:

A divorced mother of four and a former Arkansas high school classmate of Bill Clinton. She graduated from from SMU Law School and became an attorney with Lawyers for Affordable Housing. She also wrote "Purposes of the Heart" -- what she calls a "thinly veiled fictionalized account" of a sexual affair she had with Clinton from the mid-1970s to January 1992.

Result: No sale. Who wants a thinly veiled account when there are so many real ones out there?

FROM THE BOOK PROMOTION:

"Purposes of the Heart begins in 1959, when 11-year-old Kelly McCain (Dolly Kyle) falls in love with 12-year-old Cameron Coulter (Billy Clinton). Kelly dreams that they will be together forever, but after high school, Cameron forsakes her to embark upon a course that will lead him to the Presidency of the United States.
"Cameron, however, is never willing to give up entirely his relationship with Kelly, which continues for thirty years. The illicit liaison lasts through his marriage and hers, until the threat of exposure by the media during the 1992 presidential election causes him to betray her. NOTE: After the Lewinsky scandal in 1998, Browning claimed that after she finished her book, a lawyer working as Clinton's Aide (and her brother) called her -- Clinton in the room with him -- and suggested that she lie to the press. She reportedly answered that she would only lie if Clinton asked her to....

... Sorry, Ken Starr -- Clinton didn't.

Larry Klayman, chairman of Judicial Watch, told The NATIONAL ENQUIRER: "Browning was flown to Washington by Judiciary Committee investigators and was expected to be the star witness on the last day of hearings, but committee chairman Henry Hyde vetoed her appearance at the last minute to avoid the inevitable controversy. . . She is ready to testify to the Senate that at a high school class reunion in 1994, she confronted the President about a threat to 'destroy her' by a member of his staff -- and that the President apologized to her. During that meeting he not only acknowledged their affair, but invited her to come to Washington and live close to the White House..."

... Note to Larry Klayman: if you really want people to understand how sleazy Clinton is and how honorable you are, try doing it somewhere besides the Enquirer...
